New organizations start on Free when self-serve billing is enabled, or on complimentary Pro until Polar is configured. Upgrade from Organization settings.
You bring your own model CLIs. TheSpider does not sell inference.
On-prem
On-prem is Business billed yearly: $1,490 / year, with the same 50 seats, 50 projects, 50,000 slice-claim cap, AI dedupe, and OIDC SSO. Entitlements come from a signed license rather than a Cloud plan.
Support is documentation and verify-onprem.sh. No named Slack, SLA, or custom Helm.
